Soudley West covers the area of forest between the Soudley-Littledean Road on its Eastern side, and the village of Ruspidge to the West. It consists of mainly fairly runnable mixed forest, though is quite physical. These courses offer a range of capabilities, from beginner to experienced orienteer looking for a physical and navigational challenge.
