Our first MapRun based on Innsworth.....we've been in the area before from Longlevens, but this time stayed mainly around the newer estates North of the Gloucester outer ring road, and close to Imjin Barracks. Mainly suburban street running, but some footpaths, and couple of fairly major through routes where a bit of care is needed, particularly at busy traffic times. The course is split broadly into 4 sectors, so a bit of thought is needed to choose the best route around and between them, but a full house should be possible.
