We hope that the roadmap out of lockdown means that we’ll be able to resume local orienteering events in April – both forest events and MapRuns.
- Our event in the woods near Huntley is scheduled for 10 April.
- We’re also investigating whether we can postpone the Barrow Wake event (that was scheduled for March) to 3 April.
- Last but not least, a couple of Thursday evening MapRuns in April will kick off the summer series: we’ll aim to hold an event at least once a fortnight over the summer.
We’re still waiting for clarification from British Orienteering on when events can resume, so all of this is provisional for now, but stay tuned.
