Yesterday’s MapRun was a flatter matter than we’ve seen lately, around the canals of Frampton: a perfect place for a summer evening run.
Thanks to Greg Best for spotting the potential of the area, and setting the course. There were three scores of 480 on the day (although Kev Brooker’s 480 included a time penalty: was his victory scuppered by a towpath control that didn’t register on the way past? Maybe!)
Next week, it’s back to the hills: in Chase and Penyard, near Ross on Wye.
