Thanks to all of you who came along to my Wyman’s Brook event this week. Looking at the routes, there was lots of variety, so clearly it was quite difficult to decide which way was best. The fact that I was 13 minutes late on my own course shows that having the opportunity to plan in advance didn’t help either!
I said before that I would publicise who managed to cross the Wyman’s Brook the most times, with double points for anybody wading or jumping over where there was no bridge. I’ve now finished my analysis and can announce a 3 way tie at the top with a score of 6. Ginny crossed it 6 times, more than anybody else, Rich Steele crossed in 5 places with one of these earning double points, while Davide Cerrato, crossed in 4 places with 2 of these earning double points! Two other people risked getting wet feet in one place: Andy Creber and Hannah. Bringing up the rear was Judith who managed only to cross once, which is quite tricky to achieve!
