This event is going ahead as planned on Saturday. However, if you are entered but unable to travel due to Covid restrictions, you may claim a refund of most of your entry fee by emailing support@fabian4.co.uk and they will issue you with a refund minus the following entry processing charge: 90p per form if you entered just Painswick or 45p per form if you entered Chalford and Painswick on the same form. Please quote the entry numbers (from https://www.fabian4.co.uk/start/list.aspx?EventID=2691) and names of all those cancelling in your request to Fabian4.
Note that NGOC is carrying the refund processing cost, so please only use this facility if you are genuinely unable to come for COVID travel restriction reasons.
