Those coming to the Forest of Dean over the Severn this weekend for the Caddihoe Weekend should be aware that the M48 Severn Bridge is closed both ways for the whole weekend, so you will have to use the M4 Prince of Wales bridge, which will add 20-25 minutes to your journey time. If, however, you are coming up the M5 from the South West, take the M49 at Avonmouth, and that may actually save you a little time. Don’t be late for your start time!
