Another very varied mix of village, arable land and woodland, scattered around the village and nearby Clanna Ponds. The course makes use of the Rising Sun pub as a base, so please support the pub before or after your run, if it's open, and if not, park on the road outside rather than in the pub car park. Note that in summer many of the fields are planted with maize, and the crop can obscure some of the less well used paths. All are public rights of way, however, and may be used.
