This course is a mix of town and country, with the added complication of a large industrial estate which has two access points during the day, but only one after 5 pm. The boundary of the estate is not mapped, but you'll be able to work it out by finding routes between the various controls!
Please note that this course requires MapRun v7 - just called MapRun - to be installed on your phone. If you have an earlier version - MapRunF or MapRun6 - uninstall it and install MapRun, which is the current version(7).
