The committee meets about 6 times a year, in Gloucester. Notice of meetings will be published in legend, and in the News items of this site. Committee reports and meeting minutes may be found here. Club members are welcome to attend committee meetings if they wish to, but they will have no voting rights at those meetings they attend. Likewise club members may at any time submit a request or statement to the committee, via the Secretary, on any matter they wish to raise.
