Our AGM will take place on Monday 5th October in The Old School at Highnam Community Centre, Newent Road, Highnam, Gloucester GL2 8DG.
There will be a complimentary pre-meeting buffet at 19:15-19:45 followed by AGM business. The meeting will finish about 21:00. Please help us to assess numbers for the buffet and the meeting, by letting us know if you plan to attend. You can do that by completing the short form here.
If you wish to raise a motion for discussion at the AGM, whether attending or not, you need to do this as soon as possible, and before Saturday 26th September at the latest, by completing the form referred to above.
