Our night events form part of the Western Night League programme. They are generally 1 hour score events, in which you visit as many controls as you can within the hour allowed. Controls have different points value dependent on difficulty of location, and distance, and points are deducted for any time over the hour spent on the course.
In order to run at night league events you must have at least two light sources.
Registration is typically from 1800 or when it gets dark, and there is usually a ‘pub of the night’ designated in the event details, where runners collect afterwards for food, beer and post race analysis! The full Western Night League programme can be found at www.westernnightleague.org.uk.
